Welcome to Year 5 

We are delighted to welcome you all back to school and hope that you are ready for a year of hard-work, amazing progress and fabulous times.

Our Spring Term BIG question is:

What is beyond the horizon?

This term we will be learning all about Space, whilst taking an in-depth looking at the extreme, and sometimes powerful, nature of our own planet.

Our main texts for this term are: Curiosity by Markus Motum and George's Secret Key to the Universe by Lucy and Stephen Hawking.
